What to bring, wear and do at your first class
Tai Chi and Qigong requires your body to move, bend and stretch, so your clothes will need to too!
Stretchy jogging bottoms and t-shirts are great, and you’ll need a sweatshirt or jumper to put on at the end of the class to keep you warm.
Flat, lightweight trainers or shoes are advisable. And you’ll also need to bring a bottle of water.
No mat required as we exercise either standing or sitting.
Many students feel a little anxious about coming to their first class and this is understandable. “I won’t know what I'm doing”, “I haven’t got any coordination”. Don’t worry, we’ve all been a beginner at some point.
The classes are flexible, stay and pay for as little or as much as you want to! Come to any of my classes, at any location, whenever you can make it!
Ah yes, the other thing to bring ... your sense of humour! 😊
If you’d like to come to a class, or If you have any other questions, then please send me an email or give me a ring.
My classes are informal and friendly, and I hope to provide a place where you can learn and have fun at the same time.
Whoever you are, and whatever your background, just come, make new friends, relax, learn and enjoy.
